At Bahriyah, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our swimwear products. Please review our return policy guidelines below to help us serve you better.
 

Size Exchanges:

  • We recommend carefully reviewing our size charts available on our website before making your purchase, as sizes may vary among different products.

  • In the event that you need to exchange your swimwear for a different size, we kindly ask our customers to cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Please ensure that the swimwear is in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.

  • Contact our customer support team at hello@bahriyah.com within 5 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate the size exchange process. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.
     

Faulty or Lost Products:

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or if your order is lost during shipment, please contact us at hello@bahriyah.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Depending on the specific circumstances, you may be eligible for either a full refund, or a replacement of the faulty or lost product. Our customer support team will work with you to determine the appropriate solution.

  • In the case of a faulty product, we may request photographic evidence to assess the issue and expedite the resolution process.

 

General Return Guidelines:
 

Size-related Returns:

  • If the size of your Bahriyah item is incorrect, please contact our customer support team at hello@bahriyah.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

For size exchanges, you can return the item with all tags, liners, and packaging intact. However, please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs back to our manufacturing facility, So please make sure you carefully look at the sizing chart.

  • To initiate any return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at hello@bahriyah.com. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Return Condition:

  • Please ensure that any returned items are in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact. This includes all packaging items such as hang tags and liners.

    Trackable Shipping Method:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the items, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

    Refunds or Exchanges:

    • For size-related returns, you can exchange the item for the correct size. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • Returns with all original items intact may be eligible for a full refund or exchange for a new item, depending on your preference.

      Return Period Limits:

  • All returns must be initiated within 8 days from the date you received your order.

 

Product Disclaimer:

Occasionally, due to the nature of large-scale manufacturing, there may be instances where a product from another brand is accidentally included in our packaging. We want to assure our customers that this is a rare occurrence and does not compromise the quality or integrity of our Bahriyah products.

 

If you ever find an item in your Bahriyah package that does not belong to our brand, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer support at hello@bahriyah.com
